A Handy Guide to Exploring Kranji Reservoir Park’s Hidden Charms

Kranji Reservoir Park may be a peaceful retreat now, but back in 1942, it was the site of the fierce Battle of Kranji during WWII.

Japanese forces stormed the shores, and what was once a quiet fishing village became a battleground that shaped Singapore’s history.

Today, the park stands as a quiet tribute to the past, where history meets nature most unexpectedly. Walk along the reservoir’s edge, and you’re literally tracing the footsteps of soldiers who fought to defend this very land.
