The Best 15 Flea Markets in Singapore with Unique Treasures & Artisan Finds

If you know where to look (I do!), Singapore’s flea markets are treasure troves of vintage gems, handmade crafts, and unique finds. 75% of my closet is filled with thrifted fashion from these markets!

Thankfully, this year is shaping up to be an exciting year for flea market lovers, with fresh events and returning favourites popping up all over town.

With this guide, let’s comb the best local flea markets together for retro fashion, quirky items, and indie designer pieces.

I like that beyond being a flea market, Cosford Container Park offers a full-on experience with live music, craft beers, and a chill, open-air vibe. It’s pet-friendly and now offers themed pop-ups that keep things fresh every month.

I’ve found my fair share of funky handmade jewellery and cute pet clothes there. I’m looking forward to indulging in artisanal food and browsing through local indie brands there this year.

Pro-tip: The park now accepts credit or debit cards, but some stalls only welcome cash payments.

Public Garden

If you’re keen on seeing indie designers and artisans from Asia coming together, go to Public Garden’s signature pop-up markets.

The flea market is usually held at Suntec Convention Hall, though the venue varies to feature cult-favourite brands and fresh ventures.

It’s a goldmine for unique, well-crafted finds, from handmade leather goods to quirky stationery and limited-edition fashion. I got my cherished crocheted jewellery collection there.

Pro-tip: Haggling isn’t the norm at Public Gardens because goods are already priced fairly, but look out for bundle deals or special event discounts.

Crane Living CNY Pop-Up

Where: Various locations across Singapore
When: During CNY; check upcoming markets here

It may be pricier than most flea markets, but I enjoy going to Crane Living CNY pop-ups for beautifully curated home decor and accessories. My interior design-obsessed mum loves the elegant tableware and unique home decorations she stumbles upon there.

It’s an ideal spot to purchase meaningful CNY gifts like clothing and jewellery. Luckily, this year promises more local designers and indie brands to bring exclusive festive collections to shopaholics.

Pro-tip: Look for F&B vendors selling handmade pineapple tarts, gourmet cookies, tea blends, and more at Crane Living events.

Fleawhere

Best for: Toys, collectables, vintage accessories and clothing
Where: Suntec City Convention Centre, Level 3
When: Every Saturday and Sunday, noon to 7 PM

Fleawhere was my go-to back when I was into Y2K streetwear (quite some time ago). My pals and I still like visiting this flea market for retro cameras and preloved fashion pieces, especially for costume and fancy dress parties.

It’s set to sell more wares in Suntec City and Dhoby Ghaut Staytion soon, featuring rotating vendors and themed events. I’m looking forward to getting some classic board games and nostalgic memorabilia on my next visit there.

Pro-tip: Haggling is part of the fun at Fleawhere, but keep it polite and reasonable to score a sweet deal.

The Local Farm Festival

Unlike other markets on this list, The Local Farm Festival offers fresh produce from local farmers. But you can also expect upcycled furniture, artisanal pottery, reusable kitchenware, and sustainable fashion.

My bestie and I bought jars of homemade jams and farm-to-table veggies there for our no-meat days. It happens once a year, so it’s best to mark your calendar to stock up on wholesome goodies and organic finds.

Pro-tip: Upcoming festivals promise to have bigger pop-ups, interactive workshops, and hands-on farm experiences apart from the market.

Night at Orchard

Best for: Custom accessories, vintage electronics, fashion apparel
Where: Pedestrian walkway from ION Orchard to Ngee Ann City
When: Last weekend of every month, 3 to 10 PM

Many find shopping on Orchard Road to be intimidating, given its high-end designer boutiques. But budget-conscious shoppers can still feel like a million bucks when Night at Orchard transforms the shopping street into a buzzing night-time flea market.

There’s live music, street food, and exclusive pop-up booths to look forward to. Organisers promise bigger weekend markets with rotating themes and new vendors each month, so I’m excited about this future late-night shopping experience.

Pro-tip: Bring at least S$30 to S$50 for a good mix of thrifted finds, handmade accessories, and street food at the night market.

Boutique Fairs Singapore

Where: 1 Republic Boulevard
When: Bi-annually; get tickets here

My bestie is a designer brand enthusiast while I prefer indie brands, so it’s a challenge to go fashion shopping together. Good thing Boutique Fairs Singapore comes around twice a year (usually in March and November) and offers both in spades.

This year, we’re both looking forward to a curated lineup of fashion, home decor, and artisanal goods. There will be over 300 independent brands showcasing everything from stylish apparel to handcrafted jewellery and even luxe skin care, so that’s exciting.

Pro tips:

  • For stylish activewear, check out the indie brand Anya Active.
  • Visit Vintagewknd for curated vintage and retro fashion finds.

Katong Square Lifestyle & Vintage Market

If you’re a nostalgia nut, check out Katong Square Lifestyle & Vintage Market. It’s packed with retro collectables, vintage fashion, and old-school vinyl records.

Casual thrifters and passionate collectors frequent this old-world flea market for unique finds and hidden gems. My workmate found several Peranakan antiques and rare action figures there.

Pro-tip: Some vendors offer refurbished items and restored antiques, so always check for authenticity and condition before buying.

✓ Avoid items with uniform machine-made finishes.

✓ Check for stamps, engravings, or signatures indicating make, time period, or origin.

✓ Ask for proof of provenance or a certificate of authenticity.

✓ Consult an appraiser.

Who says thrifting and eating yummy food don’t mix? Certainly not Twilight: Flea & Feast, a one-stop shop for foodies and thrifters with over 200 vendors.

It’s a massive indoor market with a lively festival vibe, thanks to movie screenings, live music, and family-friendly activities. My family goes there for pop culture collectables and to score fusion snacks and artisanal bakes.

Pro-tip: Haggling is possible here, especially for bulk buys and thrifted fashion.

The Hammock Market

Best for: Sustainable brands, handmade goods, vintage and 2nd-hand fashion
Where: Floor 1 Aperia Mall, 12 Kallang Ave

At The Hammock Market, you can expect a mix of Y2K fashion, vintage streetwear, and sustainable finds at budget-friendly prices. It’s held twice a month at Aperia Mall with a rotating lineup of sellers.

My pals and I like the slow fashion and unique pre-loved pieces there, as it aligns with our stand on sustainability. It helps that most stalls offer curated personal wardrobes to make browsing and trying on easier and more fun.

Pro-tip: There are no fitting rooms at The Hammock Market, so wear light layers or snug clothing to try on items over your clothes.

Sunday Social Market

Best for: Handmade and indie brands, craft cocktails, gourmet food, workshops
Where: Palawan Beach Walk, Sentosa Island
When: Several times a year; check the schedule here

Even if you don’t have the funds or inclination to go shopping, you can still attend Sunday Social Market events for the live DJ sets and artisanal food stalls. Held multiple times a year, it features live music, indie brands, sustainable fashion, and handmade goods.

There’s a lively festival energy to this market, especially since it’s held at sunny Palawan Beach. It’s a good spot for a chill Sunday to hang out and groove to some tunes while browsing eco-friendly fashion.

Pro-tip: Look for food trucks like Ye Olde Cow for gourmet burgers and The Plant People for meat-free dishes.

Maker’s Market Singapore

Maker’s Market shines the spotlight on a community of local creatives, which is worth supporting. Whenever it organises a pop-up, I make sure to go for hand-poured candles, artisanal jewellery, and sustainable fashion pieces.

This year promises a rotating lineup of makers and designers in venues such as Ngee Ann Civic Plaza, SOTA, and PLQ Plaza. It’s a good market to purchase handmade gifts and uphold home-grown talent.

Pro-tip: Bring cash for smaller stalls and exclusive deals at pop-up events.

Curbside Crafters

For those who can’t keep up with pop-up flea markets, Curbside Crafters thankfully has a permanent marketplace on North Bridge Road for indie brands, handmade goods, and creative entrepreneurs.

There are quirky fashion pieces, artisanal candles, and unique home decor there. I’ve stumbled upon several local artists’ prints and limited edition merch at Curbside Crafters, which is a great boost for small businesses.

Pro-tip: Curbside Crafters accepts cash, debit, credit card, and PayNow payments.

Singapore Really Really Free Market is a refreshing change from regular shopping, where everything is given and taken free—no money, no trade, just pure generosity!

It’s a community-driven experience that gives away preloved clothes, books, homemade snacks, and even free services like tarot reading and meditation sessions. It’s where I declutter, find useful items, and just soak in the feel-good atmosphere.

It pops up in different community spaces so keep checking its Facebook page for announcements.

Pro-tip: Only give away clean, functional, and well-maintained items—stuff you’d gladly receive yourself.

Like designer clothes and accessories but don’t have the budget for them? Good thing Glamorous Giving exists and offers past-season collections and samples from top brands at affordable prices.

It’s a charity shopping event that brings together local designers, independent labels, and lifestyle brands under one roof. So aside from scoring a chic statement dress at a discount (up to 80%!), you’ll be supporting Fashion for Cancer, too.
